Waitlist privacy

This notice explains what PinkyKept collects when you join the waitlist on pinkykept.com, and why. The app has its own privacy policy, published before launch.
What we collect
Your email address, the language of the page, the date you joined and confirmed, whether you offered to test the Android app, the promise you typed (only if you wrote one), and a referral code so friends can join with your link.
Why
To confirm your spot, tell you when PinkyKept launches, honour the founding-member discount, invite you to test if you asked, and show your place on the list. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The website, database and emails run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after launch, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your entry.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to support@pinkykept.com. We reply within 30 days.
