Delete your data

Most PinkyKept data only exists on your phone, so you are in control. Here is how to delete each part.
1. Everything on your phone
- In the app: You › Privacy › Delete all data. This erases promises, history, reasons, settings and share cards from PinkyKept. It doesn’t touch the original photos or videos in your gallery.
- Or uninstall PinkyKept, or clear its storage in Android Settings › Apps › PinkyKept › Storage.
- If Android backup is on, an old backup may still exist in your Google account until Android replaces it. You can manage it in Android Settings › Google › Backup.
2. Your subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › PinkyKept Plus.
3. Purchase records
To delete the purchase records linked to your anonymous app ID at RevenueCat, email support@pinkykept.com with the subject “Delete my purchase data” and your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., you find it in your Google Play receipt email). We delete them within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting law. Google keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
4. Waitlist
Click “Unsubscribe and delete my data” at the bottom of any PinkyKept email: your entry is deleted immediately. Or email support@pinkykept.com from the address you signed up with.
5. Support emails
Ask us at support@pinkykept.com to delete our conversation history with you.

When optional sign-in arrives, you’ll be able to delete your account and its data directly in the app and on this page.
