Write to support@pinkykept.com. A real person answers, usually within 2 working days. Tell us your phone model and Android version if something isn’t working.
Apps aren’t locking
- Check that Accessibility access is on: Android Settings › Accessibility › PinkyKept.
- Some phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei…) stop background services to save battery. In Android Settings › Apps › PinkyKept › Battery, choose “Unrestricted”, and allow auto-start if your phone has that option.
- Make sure the app isn’t in your always-open list, and that “Lock browsers too” is on if you used a browser.
Emergency and calls
Calls, emergency numbers and your always-open apps always work. The Emergency button unlocks everything immediately, no questions asked.
